Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef — Coming 2026
Our grass-fed, grass-finished beef will be available again in 2026.
Our cattle are raised entirely on pasture and managed through rotational grazing. They are never confined and are finished on grass, resulting in beef that reflects both careful management and the natural variability of pasture-based systems. This approach supports animal health, improves soil health, and aligns with long-term stewardship of the land.
For the upcoming season:
- Beef is offered as quarter beef shares.
- Animals are processed through custom slaughter at a USDA-inspected facility.
- Customers pick up their beef directly from the butcher, with cutting instructions submitted in advance.
- Processing fees are paid separately to the butcher and are not included in the farm’s pricing.
Because we raise beef at a small scale and finish animals based on pasture conditions rather than a fixed timeline, availability is limited once reservations open.
If you’d like to be notified when 2026 reservations become available, join our email list or reach out directly. We value clear expectations, honest communication, and long-term relationships with customers who appreciate pasture-based livestock systems.
