Pastured Turkeys — Coming 2026
Our pastured turkeys will be available again in 2026, with processing scheduled for early November and intended for frozen storage.
Our turkeys are raised outdoors on pasture, where they have room to move, forage, and express natural behaviors. They are supplemented with a non-GMO diet and managed in a way that prioritizes animal welfare and careful land stewardship. This approach results in turkeys with excellent texture and flavor, well-suited for holiday meals and special occasions.
For the upcoming season:
- Turkeys are raised on pasture and managed in small batches.
- Processing takes place in early November.
- Birds are intended for frozen storage, as fresh Thanksgiving timing is not compatible with our scale and processing schedule.
- Pickup is available directly from the farm on processing day.
Because we raise turkeys at a limited scale and align production with animal growth rather than holiday demand alone, availability is limited once reservations open.
